Plug Light Card provides digital membership access only. No physical items are shipped.

After purchasing a membership, access details, deal alerts, community access, or digital instructions will be provided electronically by email, website account access, Discord, or another digital method.

Please make sure your email address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Most digital access is provided as soon as possible after purchase, but in some cases access may take up to 24 hours to be activated.

If you have not received access after 24 hours, please contact us using the Contact Us page.

Because this is a digital service, no shipping charges apply.
