Refund Policy

Plug Light Card sells digital membership subscriptions. No physical products are supplied.

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once membership access, deal alerts, Discord access, digital content, or subscription benefits have been made available.

All subscriptions have a minimum 3-month commitment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay for at least 3 months of membership before cancellation can take effect.

You may cancel your subscription after the minimum 3-month commitment has been completed. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

We do not offer refunds because a member did not use the service, missed a deal, was unable to access a third-party discount, changed their mind, or did not make a profit from any information provided.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a genuine access issue, please contact us and we will review the matter fairly.
